To make your stay even more enjoyable, we offer a different Kaiseki meal every night for guests staying two or more nights in a row. We hope you will enjoy our special menu, which is different from the regular menu.

  • Welcome Dish: Mishima Carrot Tofu with Vinegared Miso and Sunfish
  • First Course: Grilled Tilefish with Crispy Skin, Octopus & Sea Bream Carpaccio
  • Chef’s Recommendation: Japanese Beef Steak with Mishima Vegetables
  • Second Course: Seafood Paper Hot Pot, Steamed Abalone with Liver Sauce

At our hotel, we are committed to accommodating the needs of guests with food allergies to ensure they can enjoy their meals safely and with peace of mind. If you have a food allergy, please inform us when you make your reservation or at least four days before your stay. Please note that we cannot accommodate requests on the day of your stay. The meals we provide do not guarantee the complete removal of allergens. In addition, please understand that we cannot accommodate severe allergies

Buffet
For both dinner and breakfast, we display the presence of the eight major allergens (shrimp, crab, walnuts, wheat, buckwheat, egg, milk, peanuts) on all menus. Even if a dish does not list allergens, please be aware that we cannot guarantee it is free of allergens

Points to note about accommodating food allergies

  • Other items on the menu are prepared in the same kitchen, which means there is a possibility that trace amounts of allergens could be found in your meal as a result of food preparation and cooking
  • We check the ingredients based on information from the manufacturers, but we cannot prevent the contamination of allergens in raw or processed ingredients
  • When dining at our restaurants, please take your own health into consideration before making the final decision yourself
  • Even if you contact us in advance, please understand that we may have to decline food allergy accommodations to prioritize your safety
