Reservations
How many months in advance can I book my stay?
Reservations can be made by phone one year in advance.
For reservations via the Internet, please check the Accommodation Plan page.
However, exceptions may be made during special periods, so please contact us for details.
Can I request a room on an upper floor, etc.?
Please understand that we may not be able to meet your request depending on the availability of the reservation date. For those who wish to stay on the upper floors, we recommend the “Tower Wing Excellency Floor”, which guarantees the 15th to 17th floors.
Can I stay with one person?
For stays in the Tower Wing and AQUA SQUARE Ocean View Room, a minimum of 2 adults is required.
A minimum of one person is required to stay at the AQUA SQUARE Courtyard Room.
*Please note that we may occasionally offer plans for single occupancy at the Tower Pavilion and AQUA SQUARE Ocean View Room.
Can I be placed on a waiting list?
If the dates and room types you wish to book are fully booked, please call us to be placed on a waiting list.

How much is the cancellation fee?
For cancellations, we charge the following cancellation fees based on the accommodation fee.
7–6 days before your stay: 20%
5–3 days before your stay: 30%
2 days before your stay: 50%
On the day of your stay: 100%
If you fail to notify us of your cancellation, you will be required to pay the accommodation fee in full

*If you made your reservation through a travel agency, the cancellation fee may differ. Please contact your travel agency for more information.
What is the “best rate guarantee”?
If you find the same plan at a lower price on another site within 24 hours after booking through the official website (limited to available rates), please call the hotel reservation center. If we can verify the claim, we will offer the same rate you reported.
However, the following cases are excluded from comparison.
Plans with different names or content
Plans sold by travel agents or others where the hotel cannot influence the sale price
Plans in which the rates are not publicly available to general customers
Package plans that include transportation
Plans discounted with coupons or similar offers
Plans that consider points or gift certificates as discounts
Plans where the rates cannot be confirmed online
Also, there may be situations other than those listed above where the best rate guarantee cannot be applied.
Stay
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in time for the Tower Pavilion is at 2:00 PM and the check-out time is at 11:00 AM. Check-in time for AQUA SQUARE is 3:00 PM and the check-out time is at 10:00 AM.
Can I use ” OCEAN SPA Fuua” before check-in or after check-out?
OCEAN SPA Fuaa can be used before check-in and after check-out (open from 10:00 AM).
*If you use the service before check-in:
Please complete check-in procedures at the hotel reception desk first after your arrival (check-in procedures are available in the morning). (Check-in procedures are available from the morning of your arrival.) Please bring your pass case or ticket that will be given to you at that time and go to ” OCEAN SPA Fuua”.
Both the Tower Pavilion and AQUA SQUAREoffer one complimentary visit per person per night.
Can you take care of my luggage?
Luggage storage is available before check-in and after check-out.
Please feel free to ask at the front desk.
What is the latest check-in time?
Please complete your check-in by 7:30 PM, as the latest dinner seating is at 7:30 PM
For plans with breakfast only or no meals, please arrive by 11:00 PM for security reasons
Will I be able to see the ocean from my room?
All rooms in the hotel tower have views of the ocean.
In AQUA SQUARE, only the Ocean View Rooms and Universal Rooms offer ocean views.
Ocean views are also not available from the Courtyard Rooms.
Can I see the fireworks from my room?
All rooms in the Tower Pavillion will have a view of the fireworks. In AQUA SQUARE, only the Ocean View Rooms and Universal Rooms offer firework views from the guest room balconies. Fireworks cannot be viewed from the Courtyard Rooms.
Is there room for wheelchairs?
There is one functional Universal Room in the Tower Building and one in AQUA SQUARE. Please see here for details. For more information, please contact us.
Are there wheelchair-accessible restrooms in addition to the universal rooms?
Both the tower building and AQUA SQUARE are located on the 2nd floor.
Are non-smoking rooms available?
All guest rooms are non-smoking.
Smoking rooms are available on the 2nd floor of the Tower Wing, and smoking booths are available on the 7th, 10th, 13th, and 16th floors.
AQUA SQUARE has a smoking room on the 3rd floor.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we ask that guests who smoke use that area.
Is Internet access available in the hotel?
Wireless LAN (Wi-Fi) is available around the front lobby of both the Tower and AQUA SQUARE, as well as in guest rooms, restaurants,
conference/banquet halls, and other locations.
*Connection may be difficult depending on the connection location and line conditions.
Is there a free refrigerator?
Available in all guest rooms in both the Tower and AQUA SQUARE.
When are the meal times?
Dinner buffet: 5:30 PM – 9:30 PM ; Japanese banquet: 6:00 PM – 9:30 PM
Breakfast buffet: 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM
Entry to the dining hall closes at 7:30 PM
Start times may vary depending on the date and venue
The dinner buffet operates in two sittings. Detailed times will be provided at check-in, but please contact us in advance if you have any requests
Dining time for the dinner buffet is 90 minutes.
Do you accommodate food allergies?
At our hotel, we are committed to accommodating the needs of guests with food allergies in order to ensure they can enjoy their meals safely and with a peace of mind.

Do you have a private dining room?
The Kaiseki dining room “Koubaitei” has a limited number of private rooms available, so these are accepted on a request basis only. Private rooms are not available for buffet dining.
Is it possible to have dinner served in your room?
We are sorry, but we do not offer room service for dinner.
We will prepare it at the restaurant.
Are the baths in each room sourced from hot spring water?
No, the baths are not sourced from hot spring water.
The bath in the rooms of the hotel tower uses heated fresh water.
AQUA SQUARERooms with “*” are shower booths only.

Can I make a reservation for a private bath?
The private open-air bath “Excellency Spa” is exclusively for guests staying in the Tower Wing Excellency Floorand can be reserved at check-in on the day of your stay.
Please note advance reservations are not accepted.
I have tattoos. Can I use the grand panoramic bath “Umi no Yu”?
People with tattoos or body art (such as tattoos, paint, or stickers) are not permitted to use the grand panoramic bath “Umi no Yu”.
It is our anniversary. Can you arrange a cake or bouquet of flowers?
We can assist with bouquets and cakes for a fee.

Can I bring in food and drinks?
We generally ask that you refrain from bringing in food and drinks.
Please use “HOTEL SHOP” on the 2nd floor of the Tower Building and “La Izu Marche” on the 2nd floor of AQUA SQUARE.
Can I bring my pet?
We apologize, but pets are not allowed.
However, service dogs such as guide dogs, assistance dogs, and hearing dogs are welcome.
Please use a pet hotel in the city of Atami.
Is it possible to send luggage in advance?
Please send a letter to the following address, indicating the date of your stay and the name of your reservation.

Can you send a courier from the hotel?

We will ship by Kuroneko Yamato Collect (Cash on Delivery).
Can minors stay by themselves?
High school students can stay if they submit a consent form from their guardian.
Please fill out the necessary information and bring the consent form with you on the day of your stay to submit it at check-in.
We will use the personal information you provide solely for the purpose of this consent form.
*A consent form must be submitted for each high school student staying
*We cannot accommodate stays for guests who are junior high school students or younger without an adult
*University, junior college, and vocational school students do not need to submit a consent form if staying by themselves
Children
Are there any charges for children?
Children aged 0–1 are free of charge, but there is a fee for children aged 2 and above.
Elementary school children are charged 70% of the adult rate, and children aged 4 to under elementary school age are charged 50% of the adult rate.
Children aged 2–3 are charged a facility usage fee of ¥3,300 without bedding

Do you have yukata for children?
For children, the Tower Pavilion offers a jinbei (a type of traditional Japanese casual kimono) and AQUA SQUAREoffers a loungewear for children.
*Only children over 2 years old are allowed.
I’m traveling with my baby…
For the comfort of our guests with babies, we have provided
nursing rooms and baby equipment. Please feel free to use them.

Can I bring my baby to the hot springs?
We do not have any specific regulations for babies to bathe in the hot springs at our hotel.
We leave the decision to bathe up to the parents or guardians.
As the temperature is around 42°C, please use the baby bath if you need to adjust the temperature, etc.
The following equipment is available in the main bathhouse for your use.

Can I borrow goods even if I am not staying at a Baba-no-Kurabu?
We are sorry, but the goods provided as part of the plan benefits are not available for guests staying with other plans.

Basically, payment is made at the time of check-out.
However, there may be cases where payment is required at check-in due to reservation conditions, etc.

Is there a swimming pool?
There is no swimming pool.
A 10-minute walk will take you to Marinspa Atami, where you can enjoy hot springs and swimming pools while wearing swimsuits.
Is there a convenience store nearby?
There is a 7-Eleven about 10 minutes away on foot.
What sightseeing spots do you recommend near the hotel?

Is there parking available? Will there be a fee?
Guests may use the room for 500 yen (tax included)/unit until 12:00 on the day of check-out.
Ocean Spa Fuuaare available for 500 yen (tax included)/unit for up to 5 hours from the time they enter the parking lot.
For customers using the stores and restaurants, parking is available at 500 yen/vehicle for 2 hours after entry if the amount spent is 2,000 yen (including tax) or more, and at 4 hours after entry if the amount spent is 4,000 yen (including tax) or more.
During busy times, please note that you may be asked to use the adjacent municipal parking lot. Please understand this in advance.

Is there a shuttle bus service?
A shuttle bus operates between Atami Station and the hotel. No reservation is required
