Below are the details of the menu.

Seafood Doria (September only)

Doria is a dish that originated in Japan. It is similar to gratin, but has “rice” instead of “macaroni” under the ingredients.
The dish is made with plenty of seafood such as shrimp, squid, and mussels, and baked in the oven with white sauce and cheese for a savory and creamy taste all rolled into one.

Bongolevianco

A type of Italian pasta dish, this simple pasta dish is made with clams.
Clams are lightly simmered with white wine, olive oil, garlic, chili peppers, and other ingredients and served with pasta.

Roasted Vegetables with Mishima Vegetables

Mishima elongi and Mishima shimeji mushrooms are used in this dish, which is steamed and grilled with a wide variety of vegetables.
It is roasted to lock in the flavor and keep it moist and baked.

Chicken cacciatore (from October, it will be served with pork shoulder cassarese, which changes daily)

Cacciatore is one of the traditional home-style dishes, which means “hunter’s style” in Italian.
There are differences depending on the region and family, such as the use of white wine in northern Italy and tomatoes in southern Italy.
Tender chicken is braised in white wine and flavored with rosemary.

Shoulder of pork casserole (October~November only, served with chicken cacciatore and daily special)

Casaleze means “home-style” in Italian, and is a dish of pork shoulder prepared in the style of Italian home cooking.
Slowly braised pork shoulder with the sweetness of vegetables in this Italian family-style dish.

Zuppa de Pesce (October~November only)

It is a local dish, meaning “seafood soup,” that originated in a port town in Italy.
Made by simmering various types of seafood and vegetables, the soup is characterized by its richness and full of seafood flavor.
