Notice of Temporary Suspension of Electric Vehicle Chargers Due to Replacement Work

Due to the replacement of the electric vehicle chargers, the use of the electric vehicle chargers will be suspended during the following period.

Suspension period: Tuesday, September 2, 2025 to late September (tentative)
*Period may vary depending on the progress of construction.

Newly installed charger “EV Charging Ene-Change

With this construction, the charger will be switched to EV Charging Ene-Change, an EV charger provided by Mirise Ene-Change Co.
We will announce the start date of the service on our website.

・Certification type: EV Charging Ene-Change application and charging card
・Output max. 6kW
*Capable of charging at twice the speed of a typical regular charger (3.2kW)
・Net connector: Type 1 standard, available for all EV and PHV
※Tesla conversion adapter is required.
Rated voltage: AC200V ・Charging cable length: approx. 5m

(1) Payment on a case-by-case basis
10 min/55 yen (when 6kW equivalent is applied) / 10 min/27.5 yen (when 3kW equivalent is applied)

Monthly (30 days) 2,980 yen (tax included), unlimited hours from 7:00 to 16:00
