Atami City Lodging Tax Notice
(for stays starting April 1, 2025)

Effective April 1, 2025, a lodging tax of 200 yen per night per guest will be imposed on those staying at lodging facilities in Atami City.
Please note that the accommodation tax must be paid in addition to the reservation fee.

＜The accommodation tax is exempted in the following cases:
・Persons of elementary school age or younger
・Persons participating in school events such as school excursions that require overnight stays
・Persons whose evacuation is deemed necessary by the mayor due to a disaster
・Others whom the mayor deems especially necessary in the public interest
